2025 Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Most Outstanding International Chapter
Associate Member
Shall be one who has acquired the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or its equivalent from any recognized engineering institution in the Philippines or abroad but who has not yet been admitted to the practice of Civil Engineering by the PRC.
Regular Member
Shall be one who is duly registered in the rolls of the PRC or its predecessors, to practice Civil Engineering in the Philippines and who fulfills all other requirements for membership in these By-Laws.
Life Member
Any Regular member who, at the time of his application for this classification shall have been a member in good standing of the Institute continuously for at least seven (7) years shall be classified as Life Member after verification and approval of his application by the National Board of Directors.
A fellow must be a Regular Member in good standing pursuant to Section 8, Article VIII of these By-Laws continuously for the last twenty (20) years, at least two years of which as Life Member immediately preceding his/her Nomination as Fellow, and who has made significant contribution to PICE and achieved eminence in any field of Civil Engineering in consonance with the objectives of the association.

Honorary Membership may be conferred upon any person who is not a Civil Engineer but who has performed notable and outstanding achievement, contribution or service in the interest of the Civil Engineering profession.
